BEIJING – A summit in between North Korea as well as the United States is unlikely to happen this year unless Washington alters its position towards Pyongyang, leader Kim Jong Un’s sister as well as close assistant Kim Yo Jong claimed Friday.

The initial vice division supervisor of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea likewise claimed in a declaration lugged by the state-run Korean Central News Agency that North Korea cannot denuclearize currently with its talks with the United States delayed over permissions alleviation.
